About Robin

Health and Fitness Have Always Been My Passions

I have been working in the field since 1985, in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and out-patient orthopedic physical therapy centers, as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).

Diversity in Training is the Key

I've designed exercise programs for injury rehabilitation and general wellness, including aquatic exercise, core stabilization programs, balance training, strength and cardiovascular conditioning.

How it All Started

In 2002, after completing my American Council on Exercise (ACE) certification, I started my Personal Training business to focus my attention more toward improving  the health of the general adult population.  I have never looked back.

Special Place for Mid-Life and Senior Clients

I have had the pleasure of working with many incredible men and women of all ages and fitness levels, but I have a particular connection with my clients who are mid-life and seniors.  This is my specialty area.

Physical Therapist Assistant

I continue to work in Physical Therapy as a PTA in a local Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  This helps me stay current with health and wellness issues of seniors. I am able to pass this knowledge to my clients.
