I have been working in the field since 1985, in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and out-patient orthopedic physical therapy centers, as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
I've designed exercise programs for injury rehabilitation and general wellness, including aquatic exercise, core stabilization programs, balance training, strength and cardiovascular conditioning.
In 2002, after completing my American Council on Exercise (ACE) certification, I started my Personal Training business to focus my attention more toward improving the health of the general adult population. I have never looked back.
I have had the pleasure of working with many incredible men and women of all ages and fitness levels, but I have a particular connection with my clients who are mid-life and seniors. This is my specialty area.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant with over 30 years of experience and consistent yearly continuing education, my in-depth knowledge of the human body and it's proper function surpasses that of an average personal trainer.
