Sessions generally run for an hour, and always take into account your needs, your goals, your energy level, and your personal preferences. During your free 30 - 40 minute consultation we will first discuss your goals, What do YOU want to accomplish! Next we'll review your medical history as it pertains to exercise and discuss any special considerations or accommodations that may be necessary for pre-existing conditions. Finally, we'll talk about the types of activities that you find enjoyable. Making your training fun is as important to me as making it effective! Consistency is the key to attaining your health and fitness goals.
